Company introduction:
Daylaman industrial and manufacturing company was established in 1964 and from the beginning of the Islamic Revolution of Iran on 1978 started manufacturing and industrial activities and continuously increased scope of its industrial activities .
It is now passed about a quarter of a century (25 years) when Daylaman company put its efforts on manufacturing of home appliances and currently factories of Daylaman , producing home appliance of Atra, are one of the most advanced technologies has been able to not only meet the domestic needs, but also to export a part of its products to neighboring countries.
In this period , by studying and investigation in modern technologies of the world , we could also in addition to continuous producing of “water cooler 5000” , manufacture “Altra 2500 kerosene heater” and “ Altra 1001 cook-stove” , then by considering the increasingly usage of urban gas and needs of society and by considering the pattern of dwelling units we produced and presented “ Atra gas-burner heater” with low volume and appropriate heat production for the markets. Now we have taken action to produce house refrigerators and freezers. It is obvious that all productions of this company are according to national standards.
This company’s products are sold in abroad and domestic markets under Atra trademark. This company have production license of yearly 100000 kerosene heater,100000 kerosene cook-stove , 30000 gas burner heater , 30000 water cooler and 112000 barrel of atra.
Factories of Daylaman Company are located in the 20th km Karaj transit road and have the following wide capabilities :
1. 40000 square meter steel structure and reinforced concrete area in form of various saloons of production , assembling ,painting ,milling and mould making , raw material and semi-manufactured and manufactured productions storing places and office ( in this building and amphitheater is establish for meeting, educations of staff, seminars and ceremonies or recreation show of film for workers with the capacity of 600 people) and outdoor places.
2. Two 250 Ampere and 1200 Ampere power station.
3. One emergency power plant with capacity of 500 k-w Ampere.
4. Life tracks with capacities from 1.5 tons to 10 tons .
5. Roof cranes with capacity of 16 tons for production saloons.
6. Full automatic electro-static painting line with high capacity made by GEMA-RANSBRG company of Switzerland.
7. six fixed and moving compressors for providing the compressors for providing the compressed air requirement of factory made by Attlas-Copco company of Sweden.
8. Technical designing capabilities and equipment sincludingnumbers of computers ,
printers , plotters and graphic cards.
9. Slitting coil to coil cutting machines with high capacity are ready for exploitation.
9.1- Peeling system from the other capabilities which can be used for 20mm to 110mm rods and up to 6 meters length.
